3. Appointment & Cancellation Policies
While we gladly accept walk-ins, scheduled appointments allow us to provide dedicated, uninterrupted attention. We respectfully request at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling of complex color and microblading appointments.
4. Free Estimates & Service Pricing
We provide free consultations and estimates. Final pricing for specialty chemical treatments, custom balayage, and microblading may vary slightly based on individual hair density, length, or desired artistic complexity, which will be clearly communicated before starting.
5. Limitation of Liability
